We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Sales Manager to join our team at Global Water Solutions. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our multi-Function taps and associated products in the LATAM market.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to launch and grow our product portfolio in the hospitality segment.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer habits, and competitor data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Build and manage a sales and customer service team to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to develop new products based on market insights and consumer feedback.
  • Present market data and sales performance reports to our management team.

Requirements:



  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
  • Technical knowledge of water treatment products and consumer goods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
