Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist - Technical Expert is responsible for answering and processing inbound calls to the Service Desk and making outbound calls in connection with problem resolution.

The specialist is responsible for the lifecycle of Incident Management: opening incidents, transferring to the correct resolver group, following up with the resolver group, communicating incident status to the customer, and resolving incidents where needed.

The specialist should possess a technical competency with knowledge of identified technologies and/or products and provide extended support when called upon.

Requirements

  • **Language skills:** French, Spanish, and English
  • **Required education:** C-HS graduate or equivalent

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience.
