We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at June Homes. This role involves working remotely in the real estate and hospitality industry, providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

The offered salary for this position is $800 per month, with opportunities for additional monthly incentives based on individual performance.

Responsibilities of the job include handling customer queries and issues as per company policies, liaising with other departments and third-party vendors to resolve issues, contributing to the team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining a positive attitude.

In addition, we require our Virtual Customer Support Specialist to be goal-oriented, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Benefits of this role include paid training, monthly bonuses, a work-from-home setup, opportunities for growth and promotions, and a 9-hour shift schedule in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

To succeed in this position, candidates must own a laptop or desktop with an i3 processor and 8GB of RAM, as well as have a stable and high-speed internet connection.

The next step in the hiring process will be an interview with a senior member of our Customer Support team.

This is a contract or full-time opportunity, with a pay rate of $700 - $800 per month.
