Company Overview:

We are a leading virtual staffing company, dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. As a Virtual Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in qualifying new and prospective clients for our law firm partners.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in BPO or customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and sign up potential clients
  • Send retainer agreements and follow up on old leads and appointments
  • Request initial documents for cases and forward qualified clients to attorneys
  • Negotiate with medical providers to obtain reductions in lien amounts
  • Facilitate the signing of settlement releases and assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience in BPO or customer service
  • Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills with a very good English accent
  • Strong customer service, persuasion, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
  • Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
