**Recruiting Coordinator**

As a part of our growing global Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Team Manager of Recruiting Coordination, who is located in Bellevue, WA.
**You Will**:

- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executive admins, and the IT/office team to provide a seamless interviewing experience for all involved.
- Assist with virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical/video conferencing issues that may arise.
- Support the Talent Acquisition leaders with reporting, recruiting events, and administrative tasks.
- Ad hoc support of recruiters and other recruiting coordination team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**You Have**:

- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling onsite and remote interviews in multiple time zones
- Proficient, professional experience using G-suite products
- Experience scheduling meetings/interviews with video conferencing software; we use Zoom
- Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system); we use Greenhouse
- Great prioritization and organizational skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including Spanish and English language proficiency.
