Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network security. You will provide timely and effective solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Resolving customer issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and research
  • Collaborating on cross-team and cross-product technical issues
  • Developing readiness content and mentoring new team members
  • Providing feedback for product improvement and process streamlining
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of technical support experience or information technology background
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements
