We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cloudpay. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and provide exceptional support to our clients across the AMER region, as well as assist APAC and EMEA clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing tickets using our internal system, triaging Payroll queries to the correct teams, provisioning system access based on client or internal requests, resolving system access issues such as password resets, and driving resolution of incidents and service requests using available resources. You will also provide assistance during external audits and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Attributes and Experience Required:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and the ability to follow User Security procedures and workflow processes. Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as strong communication skills, are essential. Additionally, experience with system account administration is desirable, as is proficiency in Excel.
**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience, 15 vacation days plus public holidays, birthday leave, flexible remote working, private medical, dental, and life insurance, and personal and professional development opportunities.
