Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Services and excellent communication skills.

This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to clients, addressing their product inquiries, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and information to clients on product-related matters.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations for purchases and services.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Computer Services.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment with excellent phone skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience providing product technical support.
Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per annumBenefits and Opportunities:
