Technical Support Specialist with Computer Services Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Services and excellent communication skills.
This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to clients, addressing their product inquiries, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and information to clients on product-related matters.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations for purchases and services.
- Demonstrate technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and correspondence.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge in Computer Services.
- 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment with excellent phone skills.
- 1-2 years' experience providing product technical support.
