A Day in the Life of a Senior Technical Support Specialist - Cloud Services

As a Senior Technical Support Specialist - Cloud Services, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers across various Microsoft products and services. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Provide top-notch technical support via phone, email, or chat to resolve customer issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.">
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating as necessary.">
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on Microsoft cloud services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.">
  • Identify and document best practices for technical support, sharing expertise with team members.">
  • Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge and contribute to rapid customer solutions.">

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a cloud-based environment.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.">
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, such as event logs, performance traces, and debugging techniques.">
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, like Git.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

    **Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
