Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to Enterprise customers regarding AWS services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to resolve inquiries and issues from Enterprise customers.
- Analyze and present operational performance reviews to customers.
- Review service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy and cost-effective.
- Foster trusting relationships with customers and lead technical discussions with senior leadership.
- Work closely with AWS global engineering and service teams to resolve customer issues.
About the Role
This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of AWS services and a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two or more of the following: Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Networking, DevOps, Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data and Analytics, Application-level services, Serverless, and Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings.
