Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Support Engineering Manager to join our Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization. This role requires a proven track record in building high-performing teams through effective leadership, empowering individuals to deliver customer success, and representing Microsoft to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers to provide a positive support experience for our customers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive change that enhances the customer experience and ensures our teams are responsive to customer needs.
  • Represent Microsoft to customers, working directly with internal groups to address critical problems and leverage customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for customer needs within Microsoft and driving cultural change to prioritize customer obsession.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, with a focus on customer success and engineering.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and drive cultural change within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
