Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $124,000-$170,000, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionJob Summary: As a Global Customer Experience Leader, you will lead operational performance and service delivery excellence through a network of global tele vendors. You will design, create, and execute regional tele service operations for programs like Solution Assessment and Enterprise Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier performance and regional execution excellence
- Manage program Return On Business (ROB) across operations, supplier, and business stakeholders
- Manage supplier headcount, including financials (invoice approvals)
- E nsure program performance and compliance objectives are met and exceeded
- Contribute to the design and build of new program content and delivery plans
- Manage program budget and maintain tight control of program financials
- Drive stakeholder engagement across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams
- Define and build best practices for program delivery and execution
- Identify and enable synergies to continually mature and improve program capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of work experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- Preferred qualifications include experience managing vendor performance, complex program management, and strong communication skills
