The Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization at Microsoft is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of our end-to-end customer experience. We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for delivering customer success to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex customer issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and research
  • Utilize troubleshooting tools to help resolve customer issues
  • Document technical work and research
  • Perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation when needed
  • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues to resolve moderately complex customer issues

You will also assist in the implementation of end-to-end readiness programs, develop readiness content, mentor new Technical Support Engineers, and provide feedback to senior engineers or the serviceability team on product functionality based on customer engagements.

Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience

Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Technology Certifications, System Administration, Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems, and conceptual knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Security, and Access Control.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a talented team of engineers and technologists.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
