As a Technical Support Engineer in this organization, you will play a crucial role in building trust and confidence through seamless support experiences.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve moderately complex customer issues and contribute to the development of readiness programs, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
* Review complex issues and contact customers to understand their needs and concerns.
* Resolve customer issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and research.
* Perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation.
* Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
* Assist in implementing end-to-end readiness programs, including mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical document creation.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience or information technology experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field and 1+ year of technical support experience.
* Business level fluency in English and Spanish.
* Microsoft Technology Certifications are an advantage.
