Overview

Kuehne+Nagel, a leading global logistics company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and providing exceptional customer service to our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and resolve any issues promptly.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new customer onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents and system requirements are met.
  • Partner with logistics teams to match customer needs with KN product offerings.
  • Understand client supply chains and collaborate to create tailored solutions.
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis using KN systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates, milestones, and potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of air logistics, and experience working in the healthcare industry. You should also be able to analyze performance data, plan action plans for continuous improvement, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and market research in the region where the job is located. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
