Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, documenting conversations, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
This is a full-time position that requires working within US business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm EST. You may be required to work on US holidays, but advance notice and pay according to CR law will be provided.
