We are seeking phone support representatives to join our growing team at Independent Recruiter. As a customer service advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional call-servicing experience.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing client needs, and may include additional activities such as retention and sales initiatives, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Participate in additional activities such as retention and sales initiatives, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Beginner-level experience in customer care, technical support, and phone support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Benefits

  • Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate).
  • Location flexibility, with the option to work remotely from designated countries.

Compensation

USD 3 - 5/hour, with an estimated weekly earnings of approximately USD 120 - 200 based on a 40-hour workweek. The hourly rate may vary depending on individual performance and location.
