Customer Service Advocate

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and internal processes. You will interact with customers via voice, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, selective questioning, problem-solving, and empathy.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
You will work closely with our clients as frontline staff, supporting them by delivering a high-level customer experience. To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Basic QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will require:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A strong command of the English language, with a minimum proficiency of C1.
- No less than one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- A working knowledge of voice processing systems.
This is a full-time, indefinite contract position based in Heredia, Costa Rica. The salary range is between $1000-$2000 USD per month. If you are interested in joining our team, please review the following questions:
