We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Technical Support team as a Customer Support Advocate.

At Smartsheet, we understand the importance of delivering exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Support Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality support to our customers via phone and webform submissions, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Be the face of Smartsheet Support, driving a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide expert engagements to drive customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent command of English (B2+ level) both written and spoken.
  • Proven customer service experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, as this role requires work outside of standard business hours.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
