MySQL Cloud Support Specialist

As a member of the Oracle Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional post-sales support and solutions to our global customer base. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers, OEMs, and VARs for issues related to Oracle products installation, maintenance, and use.
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
- Work collaboratively with senior support engineers and management to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
