We are looking for talented professionals to join our Sofvio team as Customer Service Advocates.

**Compensation:** Our competitive hourly rate ranges from USD 3 - 5, with additional benefits including holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate).

**Location**: As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, or Venezuela.

**Required Skills:** A beginner's knowledge of customer care, technical support, and phone support is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch call-servicing for internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Conduct additional activities as needed, including retention and sales initiatives/campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions.

**Benefits:*

  • A competitive hourly rate: $1,593.00 - $2,655.00
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
