Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide education and guidance on IBM StreamSets products to prevent problems before they occur, ensuring customers achieve optimal results.
- Contribute to end-to-end quality by verifying fixes and advocating for improvements, working closely with the broader engineering team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate and manage critical product issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
