We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, productive, and meets their personal and business needs.
About the JobLocation: Our hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica, offers a refreshing environment that helps guests stay connected and balanced.
Schedule: Full-time position with regular working hours.
Salary: Estimated salary for this role is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work well under pressure. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be empowered to take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area.
You will be on your feet and moving around frequently, taking a hands-on approach to work. We require you to be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
