We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team at TreviPay, a leading provider of B2B payment solutions. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals through seamless payment experiences.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Advocate, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored support to ensure they maximize the value from our services. You will be the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, answering questions, and proactively offering guidance to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to get the most out of our B2B payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure clients receive expert guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B payment processes and systems, with knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with a strong preference for bilingual candidates (English and Spanish).
