Job Overview
Td Synnex is a leading global technology distributor, and we're seeking an experienced Career Development Leader to oversee and manage our Customer Success operations. This role is critical in helping us build and supervise execution plans aligned to our vendors' Customer Success practices.
About the Role
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, plus benefits that include elective options for growth opportunities, personal well-being programs, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer success team operations and ensure daily tasks are executed on time.
- Coach and develop customer success agents and managers to achieve mission goals.
- Drive achievement of objectives through effective meetings with team members and stakeholders.
- Review activities tracked correctly on the Client's CRM and implement improvement plans when needed.
Requirements
This role requires at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience and 3-5 years of direct management/supervision experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to change, learn new systems, and communicate effectively across various identities.
