Client Relationship Manager for Growth

Located in Santa Clara, California, Appvance is a software company with offices in Costa Rica, Rochester NY, and India.
We are backed by Javelin Ventures, Kayne Capital, TRIHold Co, Social Internet Fund and Funders Club. Our team is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team.
This role involves day-to-day business interactions with 5 to 10 high-visibility clients and partners. The ideal candidate will manage the client relationship, service their business needs, facilitate technical requests, onboard new clients and track progress, identifying up-selling opportunities along the way.
A key aspect of this position is project management, ensuring customer requests are resolved promptly. You will collaborate closely with a Customer Support Lead/Trainer who will handle technical aspects.

Duties and Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle (post sales)
- Enable customers to derive promised business value from our solutions
- Onboard customers following our structured process
- Provide training and mentoring as needed
- Drive timely resolution of customer issues
- Project manage all aspects of the project, including reviewing solutions provided by support and services teams
- Evaluate customer success criteria and drive happiness metrics for satisfaction and loyalty
- Continuously innovate and improve processes and procedures to eliminate friction in customer interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement processes, policies, and procedures for Customer Success
- Proactive and independent with a willingness to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with modern project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the Customer Success team
- Passion for learning new technology and evangelizing to others
The ideal candidate should possess a PMP certification or equivalent, with at least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Facing role and 2+ years of project management experience.
