Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive business growth for top-selling partners on the Amazon platform. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and strategic insights to ensure client satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role that requires strong relationship management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop joint business plans with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive selling partner business growth by identifying and implementing strategies to improve performance metrics.
  • Provide timely and accurate operational support to selling partners within a specified SLA.
  • Oversee key activities for selling partners, including follow-up and escalation as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with selling partners, serving as their trusted advisor and single point of contact.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in account management, sales, sales operations, marketing, buying, or customer service.
  • E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Program management and Scrum experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
