We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Global Sales team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. This role is focused on driving growth and expansion across key accounts in LATAM, leveraging expertise in relationship management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities- Qualify and manage a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze complex Mexican business landscapes, pinpointing bottlenecks and addressable CX opportunities to deliver business impact.
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain open communication channels and drive collaboration.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support regular and key seasonal events, promoting products and services to target audiences.
- Present actionable insights derived from data analysis, informing business decisions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the e-commerce industry or related sectors.
- A proven track record of analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers and deliver recommendations.
- Experience deep diving into selling partner-level issues, providing expert guidance and support.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your professional development and well-being.
