Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Specialist to join our Amazon Business team in San Jose, Costa Rica. As a valued contributor, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing opportunities with a moderate volume of AB Sellers.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with Sellers to broaden our selection of items in the AB marketplace. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet or exceed team quotas, revenue targets, feature adoption goals, and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute cross-functional concepts for major new Go To Market (GTM) capabilities.
- Work with category, product, marketing, operations, and lead generation teams to optimize new B2B seller recruitment and existing seller performance improvement.
You will utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and business intelligence dashboards to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly goals.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales and management experience.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent.
- Proven ability to execute and exceed on all core goals and secondary KPI's.
