The role of Cybersecurity Account Growth Specialist is critical to ensuring the success of our fast-growing customer base. As an inside sales representative, you will play a key part in positioning renewals and additional software and hardware to current customers.
Your impact will be felt across our organization, from upselling to a more extensive product line or motivating customers to consider new products, to evaluating current accounts and discussing their effectiveness. You will need to be enthusiastic, driven, and confident, with excellent communication skills to articulate our company's mission, product, and business opportunity.
You will work closely with our Renewals Sales Team, Field Sales Teams, Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Channel Partners, and End Users to bring in new expansion and add-on business. This will require your ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You will handle the entire sales process, from quote generation to opportunity closure, maintaining regular communications with Sales Account Managers regarding their accounts. Your goal will be to ensure they are fully aware of customer interests and status, recommending follow-up with the customer on broader opportunities.
This role requires experience in managing customer bases for Enterprise and Commercial accounts, as well as sales knowledge and awareness of SASE technology. You will need to be able to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs, and possess strong analytical skills. Passionate about sales, you will have a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
You will also be required to manage your time effectively, building quotes with various product configurations, and working within Salesforce for forecasting and CPQ for quoting. At senior levels, you will need to have validated sales results and forecast track records, solid product knowledge, strong communication skills, and expertise in sales systems, forecasting, and quoting.
