Job Overview
The role of Strategic Relationship Representative (SRR) is critical in ensuring the success of our rapidly growing customer base. As an inside role, you will play a key part in positioning renewals and additional software and hardware sales to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Upsell customers to more extensive product lines or encourage them to consider new products;
- Evaluate customers' current accounts and discuss their effectiveness, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Renewals Sales Team, Field Sales Teams, Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Channel Partners, and End Users to drive expansion and add-on business;
- Collaborate with all entities to generate quotes and close opportunities;
- Communicate regularly with Sales Account Managers to ensure they are aware of customer interests and status, and recommend follow-up with customers on broader opportunities;
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in managing a large customer base for Enterprise and Commercial accounts;
- Sales experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking and/or security contexts, with awareness of SASE technology;
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly, adapt to changing needs, and possess strong analytical skills;
- Passion for sales and a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals;
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build quotes with various product configurations;
- Expertise in working within Salesforce for forecasting and CPQ for quoting;
