Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to lead our North American strategy, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored for the Canadian and US markets.
  • Lead data management, collection, and analysis to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Segment customers effectively within the Canadian and US markets and tailor marketing campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end promotion coordination, from briefing to creation and implementation of promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to optimize the customer journey and improve engagement.
  • Supervise key metrics related to engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, including user management and data hygiene practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management or a similar role in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience in motivating change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for adventure travel and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
