International Sales and Business Development Specialist

America Steel Trade Corporation, an international trading company based in North Miami, Florida, seeks a skilled sales professional to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue for long and flat steel products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

We are looking for a driven individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and fulfillment of customer orders.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 3+ years of sales experience in long and flat steel products in Central America, proficiency in English (B2/C1 Level), and a proven track record of success in sales. You should also possess strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

A background in CRM software and generating weekly sales reports is desirable. Additionally, experience selling Flat steel (HRC, CRC, Sheets, Plates) and long steel (billets, rebar, wire rods, merchant bars) is highly valued.

**Compensation:**

The salary for this position is estimated at $6,250 per month.
