Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Representative to join our Cross-Border Payments team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide high-quality support to clients by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the sales team as needed.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize business and product knowledge to identify opportunities to refer clients to the sales team, increase revenue, and enhance the client experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests, and participate in team initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and familiarity with office productivity tools such as MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and SFDC.
- Soft Skills: Professional telephone manner, ability to develop rapport with external customers, handle objections and complaints, and work under pressure.
