Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems and implement process improvements.
- Document customer interactions and update records to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in contact centers or customer-facing roles.
- Prior claims, warranty, or insurance experience is an asset.
- Proficient written and spoken English language skills (C1 level).
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy and assurance.
- Ability to assess situations and respond appropriately, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude, enthusiasm, and reliability.
- Capacity to multitask between multiple phone lines, client programs, and systems.
