About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume of outstanding invoices, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution with customers.
  • Monitor and investigate daily trends in invoice aging, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handovers and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a business operations or account management capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a strong focus on issue resolution and escalations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
