About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for resolving player inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to escalate complex issues to our team manager and relevant internal departments.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in customer support and a passion for the gaming industry. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish is an advantage.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of €825.00 per month, as well as a range of benefits including fully-remote work, private health insurance allowance, and paid vacation leave.
