The role of the **Client Services Associate** at Convera involves facilitating a seamless experience for our global clients.

This position requires excellent communication skills in both French and English, as you will be interacting with clients and escalating queries to the Sales team when necessary. Your responsibilities will include resolving client transaction queries, identifying opportunities to refer to the Sales team, and supporting clients in utilizing digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle client requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Utilize business and product knowledge to identify opportunities for upsell
  • Support clients in using online digital tools
  • Contribute to trend analysis of calls to enhance client experience

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system
  • Professional telephone manner with an ability to develop rapport with external customers
