We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team at Convera, the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have 1 year's experience in a busy team in a client-facing function within the financial services sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging a passion for excellence in customer service and customer management to embed this passion in team culture.
- Leading by example and delivering service excellence to customers.
- Maintaining and exceeding targets and meeting tight deadlines.
- Identifying own development areas and training needs.
- Building and maintaining supportive relationships with key business contacts.
