We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Associate covering the New Zealand region. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating to sales teams when required to ensure a responsive service. The successful candidate will also support clients in utilizing digital platforms, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contribute to trend analysis of calls to enhance client experience.

  • Handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalating complex issues to sales teams when required
  • Supporting clients in utilizing digital platforms to enhance their experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely and accurate handling of client requests

You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle objections and complaints, and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive monthly gross salary of $55,000, which reflects the market rate for this role in the New Zealand region.
