Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and world-class service.
About the Role- Lead a team of customer support professionals in providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to internal and external customers.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, establishing metrics, and implementing changes.
- Oversee communications, set team goals, and monitor performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Maintain client relationships and provide top-level support.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and communication.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supervising customer service personnel in a call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and organized with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Independent decision-making and delegation experience.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Service Cloud is a plus.
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
