About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Supervisor to join our TreviPay team. This role requires an individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills to provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through timely and professional responses
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, establishing service metrics, and implementing changes
  • Oversee communication channels to ensure accurate and prompt responses
  • Set and review team goals, monitor metrics, and provide feedback and coaching
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience supervising customer service personnel in a call center environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with independent decision-making and delegation experience
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word & Excel
What We Offer

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
