The Role:
We're seeking highly motivated Customer Service Associates who can deliver outstanding service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling in-bound calls with professionalism and poise, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to provide top-notch customer service for incoming calls related to various cases and projects
- Communicate clearly and concisely, addressing customers' needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems
- Evaluate situations and escalate calls as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, adhering to established policies and procedures
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
- Participate in required training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Perform other general tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Effective communication and literacy skills
- Able to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
- Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Spanish
- Able to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Quality customer service skills
- Able to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
