Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at E2E Technology Solutions in Colombia (Bogotá) and Costa Rica (San Jose).
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills.
You will also possess excellent project management skills, the ability to recognize and appropriately escalate all aspects of the project, and strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team collaboration environment, you will thrive in our dynamic workplace where you can work with diverse technical, sales, and management teams.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
