About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Courtyard San Jose Escazu. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and assigning rooms while activating room keys and setting up accurate accounts.
  • Ensure accurate billing, document exceptions, and secure payment prior to issuing room keys.
  • Compile daily reports, review logs and contingency lists, complete cashier and closing reports, and balance receipts.
  • Provide guests with directions and property information, accommodate requests, and follow up to ensure needs are met.
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges, and notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be an ambassador for Marriott International's values of excellence, integrity, and respect.

Based on industry standards and taking into account the location of Courtyard San Jose Escazu, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 per year, plus benefits.
