Customer Service Ambassador for Personal Injury and Medical Centers

Job Summary: Iceberg Health Injury seeks a highly motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This role will be responsible for interacting with patients, managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining compliance with all call center policies.
About the Role:
The Customer Service Ambassador will be the liaison for both current and potential patients. The position requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to adapt to new information and systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining compliance with all call center policies and procedures
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answering inbound referrals from multiple sources
- FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION 'SCRIPTS' BASED ON IDENTIFICATION OF CUSTOMERS' NEEDS
- CLOSING CALLS BY SETTING APPOINTMENT
- CLARIFYING INFORMATION, RESEARCHING EVERY ISSUE AND PROVIDING SOLUTIONS
- MASTERING MULTIPLE PRODUCT LINES
- UPDATING INFORMATION IN MEDICAL SOFTWARE(S)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- 0-3 years' experience in a call center environment
- 2-4 years' experience in a customer service sales role
- Good telephone skills
- Willingness to adapt and continuously learn new information/systems
- Detail-oriented and task-focused approach to ensure all policies and procedures are followed

- Previous experience with Personal Injury and/or Medical Centers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $351,032.75 - $403,852.40 per month.
