Job Description

Serves as a trusted advocate for injured parties in the healthcare and legal environments, guiding them through the personal injury process. Manage client well-being, overseeing case files, caseload requirements, and providing valuable support to attorneys and their staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enter new client files into the case management app/software.
  • Communicate with clients regarding upcoming appointments, deadlines, and case information.
  • Arrange transportation for medical treatments when necessary.
  • Relate empathetically to injured individuals, understanding their difficulties.
  • Direct clients to law firm counterparts for legal claims status updates and communication with insurance companies and medical providers.
  • Maintain accurate schedules of appointments and treatments.
  • Manage medical requests and treatment plans.
  • Gather required documents, forms, and authorizations.
  • Foia all necessary documents, videos, and materials.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with other staff members.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare and legal processes involved in personal injury.
  • Knowledge of medical records and legal documents, with HIPAA practices.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Independent thinker with ability to follow instructions.
  • Effective team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
