Job Summary
Iceberg Health Injury seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to interact with current and potential patients, driving patient satisfaction through timely follow-ups and appointment scheduling. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining compliance with call center policies, and providing solutions to customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of calls in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records in medical software systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient communication.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and preferences to drive successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years' experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting customer service metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
Desired Skills:
- Fluent English language proficiency (C1 level), with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service sales role, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Knowledge of personal injury and medical centers, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated monthly salary for this position is between $351,032.75 and $403,852.40, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation and benefits.
