Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearJob Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering timely and accurate service to customers via phone, email, or chat. Key duties include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service at all times to internal and external customers;
  • Create follow-ups with customers to ensure the best possible experience;
  • Identify issues that require escalation and pass them on to the appropriate person;
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management;
  • Maintain accuracy in research methods and notes in relevant systems.

In addition, the successful candidate must meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • No prior experience necessary;
  • A High School Diploma is required;
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information;
  • Possess basic clerical and data entry skills;
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to input 60 words per minute;
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish;
  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills;
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines;
  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Able to be immobile for long extended periods;
  • Able to build solid working relationships with others;
  • Able to exhibit sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others;
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology;
  • Able to use computer system applications at an intermediate level.
