Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage transactions as per required quality standards
  2. Field all incoming help requests from clients
  3. Update own availability in the RAVE system
  4. Record, track, and document all queries
  5. Resolve client queries as per SLAs defined in the contract
